Greetings-

On behalf of the people of the State of Colorado, I hereby demand that a lawsuit and charges be brought against Governor Bill Owens and certain members of the Colorado State legistlature for willfully, maliciously and deliberately violating the 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which guarentees the right of the people to keep and bear arms to not be infringed upon, which is the SUPREME Law of the land. I call for their IMMEDIATE impeachment, that they be fined, prosecuted and jailed for their CRIMES.

On 01.04.2000, the State of Colorado charged me with a felony and sentenced me to 3 years probation/jail for standing up strongly for the 2nd amendment of the US Constitution and the right to keep and bear arms. The right to defend oneself against TYRANNY in government is an INALIENABLE right. In the Holy Koran you are given the right to defend yourself and to kill as a last resort-when you life is directly threatened. This is what i was, and am trying to uphold
On 08.17.01 the State of Arizona arrested me for a "probation violation" on a out of state arrest warrant and held me for 1 month in jail. The State of Colorado then proceeded to "extradite" me back to Colorado where i served another 60 days in jail. They released me on probation November 20th, 2001. I was sentenced to 2 years probation simply for exercising my right to write my opinion to a public official, and for trying to uplhold the 2nd amendment of the U.S Constitution.
