As per our meeting Dec. 27, 2001,
I do not think i will be able to pay the financial balance that i have been charged with in regards to my case. I am physically unable to do so, being homeless, needing the few resources i do have to survive in this world. It is also against my conscience to do so as well, for i am already making quite severe compromises personally to even cooperate with this probation process in the first place. I still believe strongly that i have committed No Crime.
Therefore, I have 3 requests:
1) that my case be summarily "thrown out".
2)that i be financially re-imbursed for the amount of $13,500 for the losses i have incurred during the state's attack on me these past two years.
3)that the Governor of Colorado be charged with "treason" and tried before a proper court of Law.
The Governor of Colorado and the majority of the Colorado State Legistlature have unfairly "gotten away" with breaking the most sacred Law of our Land,
and i want them prosecuted for their Crimes. I will tell you now that the tables will turn 180 degrees on them in this world and most definately in the next. They will be held accountable for their transgressions...for breaking the people's law and especially for coming against me personally in this world as the prophet of God to this, the Last Generation.
I have contacted Cyrus Callums about forwarding a copy of my "Statement of Defense" and "2nd Arrest/ Cost Itemization" to you, in case you haven't recieved them already. I was planning to read and submit them to you (for the record) during my Nov 20th,
2001 sentencing appearance. I think it is important for you to know where i am coming from further in regards to my case- in reference to these documents.
I will do my best to keep my upcoming probation appearances forthcoming, but i cannot guarantee that i will be able to fullfill this whole process. I am
very vulnerable to being harassed all the time- being homeless and on
land people think they "own". In addition, having to deal with an increased police presence everywhere, there's lots of opportunities for problems that are out of my hands to control.
